OFFICIAL LETTER NO. 11352/BTC-TCHQ DATED 14 AUGUST 2014 OF MOF IN GUIDANCE OF NVOICES FOR EXPORT GOODS

According to official letter No. 11352/BTC-TCHQ:

For goods exported abroad, MOF guides to use commercial invoices to replace export invoices. Domestic enterprises export goods to export processing zones can use VAT invoices or sale invoices under regulations of Circular No. 39/2014/TT-BTC
